it pretty wierd.

for 30 yrs i have been fighting obesity (after getting lyme-before that i was very athletic)

i do armour thyroid and cortef-and wonder if they have finally straightened me out-but i have been on them for years.

i just finished a month of huma worm...i didn't see tons of stuff come out of me...but some did probably

also-i did a month of buhner herbs-only four of them in a tea...and i stopped before christmas but plan to start again soon

i also have some nausea and appetite is down...

i have had hiatal hernia for a while and the last scan showed it was medium instead of small

anyway...i want to be happy about this...but i'm a little scared too

oh and i have been on ibuprofen for 30 yrs-and i know it could kill me---but i have no bleeding anywhere that i can see

thanks.

My LLMD said that parasites could be responsible for weight gain so maybe that's why you've lost.

I seem to lose weight when babesia is acting up.

I lost 24 pounds and got down to 104. The last few weeks I have actually put on about 3 pounds. Maybe the holidays! HA! Also after treating for a year and a half my appetite started coming back.

Weight loss or weight gain is a symptom of LD. Also medication can play a part in nausea and weight loss.

I wish Babesia would help me lose weight. [Frown] At least all the hell would be something positive.

I do know that all I have seem to do is lose weight. I am now down to 90 lbs. Not good. My LLMD says that weight loss is due to Babesia and I even tested positive for Babesia so I know that I have it. Appetite loss is another one of my symptoms.

I bet that the Humaworm helped you clear out some of the parasites and helped you shed some weight.

My son has lost 70 pounds before my eyes in the last year or less. It is really scary to see. He has gone from overweight to practically a skeleton.

I have no explanation except Babesia. Nothing fits him at all and I can't afford to go out and buy him new clothes which breaks my heart, to see him walking around in pants that look horrible on him because they are literally falling off him.

He is so thin now.....it seems to just keep coming off. He is about six feet tall and 145 pounds. He tries so hard to eat but can only eat a little then that's it.

I worry so much something else is wrong with him.

thank you. for me it is still a good thing. i am still very overweight

the nausea has calmed down since i stopped abx-but is still there a little.

it makes sense if it was the parasites.

thanks again for your answers.

I got lyme in 98 that time i gained all the time.. This time however i began to loose. I did this for months. I ended up in hospital with pancratitis. Now not everyone has this sometimes its meds make them sick to the point they dont want to eat. Sometimes it effects thyroid. Just make your doc aware and you will be okay. It scared me to.. now im leveling out.

I have a few beliefs on what makes us lose a ton of weight.

Thyroid issues
pH balance (I'm very acidic and I know I'm wasting)
Parasites
Anemia (low levels of iron)
Malabsorption
