Just wondering if anyone else has high eosinophil counts.
Mine seems to be consistently high. I have already had a bone marrow biopsy and I do not have asthma, which I know can cause that level to go up.
I do have babesia. I do know that parasites can cause the level to increase.
My level is 13 and I was wondering if anyone else in this community of lyme people also has this problem.
Sometimes it goes down but almost always remains elevated.
Any thoughts?

Mine stays just above normal a good amount of time. I have babesia also. Don't know the reason for it other than babesia.

Mine is high, but I believe it is from allergic reactions.

Mine is also high, but I've treated the heck out of babesia and don't have anymore babesia symptoms. Allergies, parasites, and KPU can all cause it apparently and in my case I might have KPU to some degree as well.

My son's are always high, along with hyper-IgE. He has multiple food allergies and the Fry mystery bug.

Mine are high too. I noticed that every month (since I've gone on abx) it goes up by 1 number. Could it just be from abx?

mine were high at one point too--it was from a particular medication i was on-- i dont remember which one but once i got off it, the numbers went down

Mine have never been high until this most recent blood test. (I've been treating babs with malarone + Zith + art)
Can GI yeast infection play a role?
Just weird that my EOS hasn't moved until I started treating babs and developed a yeast infection.
