I recently checked out the lymephoto website. I found it very interesting.

I'm still feeling out my doctor & not quite sure I want to mention this, yet.

So, I ask you... If you have hypertension...would this treatment be too risky b/c of the salt and high doses of vitamin C?

Let me know what you think.

Thanks!

You should have your electrolytes checked monthly if you do this protocol. I wouldn't do it if I had high blood pressure.

There is a lot of believers and non-believers of this protocol. I have done it (not at the highest doses they recommend though) with my LLMd's ok in addition to my abx, but I wouldn't stop abx to do it alone. That is just me though.

There are a bunch of links and info here about it. Make sure to ask you LLMd before starting this.

I would not either if I was hypertensive. I was not, I had low blood sodium and low blood pressure

and chose to try it. During the early days of treatment a pinch of salt saved me in spells of

vomiting, weakness, among others. I highly recommend electrolyte replacement during treatment.

The same ones they offer for dehydration which can offer us help in the cell loss from killing

the borrelia to prevent crisis.

As with any protocol, you'd want your LL doctor to monitor you along the way. Kidney disease, diabetes and hypertension (as you suspect) are considerations and you can learn more about all that.

Even if you don't do the protocol, SEA salt is far better than regular table salt to meet even just our basic salt requirements. Sea weeds (kelp, etc.) supply good iodine and other minerals.

Find GAEL. She knows a great deal about this as she credits Sea Salt (not just ANY salt) and Vitamin C as helping her tremendously. If this is not a good fit for you, she also has other good suggestions regarding how to address parasites.

Here's a checklist and things to consider before and during - this also answers some questions:
