I keep thinking the neuropathy could be due to bartonella, toxins, or yeast. LabCorp test for bart was negative. I do have a few other symptoms like heel pain and sore hips that could be bart related. I asked LLMD to try rifampin and ceftin 10 days ago, just to be sure. I ached just a little for a couple of days and that's it...don't know if it was a herx or not.

I tried to think back on anything I may have added that could cause the burning. I started taking a B-complex vitamin the first of August and two months later is when the neuropathy started.

LLMD started me on the B-complex on my first visit. My symptoms were deep depression and neck and back pain. What would the B vitamin treat?

I used to get depressed quite a bit (before lyme). After a couple of herx that involved the deepest depression ever, I have not had a problem since. This is quite a miracle for me. Could the B-complex help that?

Overdosing B6 can cause neuropathy, but that should not be a problem with reasonable doses of a B complex.

I just got back on B-complex and I feel like it's actually helping me. Of course, I'm on homeopathic remedies too, so that could be a big part of it.
