I take Doctor's Best from Vitacost. It works for me. If it didn't work, i'd get symptoms.

I take whatever brand and whatever amount keep me symptom-free, and this brand does act the same way in my body as more expensive brands.

----Polly Polygonum
---or Nilufar Knotweed

Those of you who took natto... how long did you take it for? And did you use chelators while using Natto.

Can't natto work on biofilms thus releasing metals?

I read in one of my books that natto, lactoferrin and cystein work on the biofilm BUT the book did not say how much of each to take. Does anyone know?

I take it permanently to prevent blood clots because of a gene favoring blood clots.

I'm lucky because my body tells me how much to take; it gives me symptoms, if it's too much or too little. I take what my body tells me to , which is about 10,000 FUs (Fibrinolytic units) about 3 times a day with meals. Or less on an empty stomach.

I've never had an INR, but also i haven't had bleeding problems either.

One study below used 4000 fibrinolysis units per day for blood clotting issues.

Nattokinase decreases plasma levels of fibrinogen, factor VII, and factor VIII in human subjects.

I also saw another study that said if you combine it with red rice yeast you can improve lipid profiles significantly.

Nattokinase got me further than anything, paired with antibiotics. Good stuff! +1 on allergy research group product.

toppers,

What dosage and how many days per week?

Rechts Regulat can punch a hole in biofilms and thins the blood. Google it with DK's name attached, he seems to like it more than all the above mentioned products.
