Tetracycline doesn't do well at all, doxy is 5 times better. Minocycline is twice as good as doxy.

Zith and flagyl are supposed to penetrate well.

On the abx spreadsheet posted here recently,

Amoxicillin, Penicillin G Benzathine (bicillin), and Piperacillin are listed as "variable". Rocephin is listed as "fair".
