Has anyone tried tegretol for trigeminal neuralgia and/or nerve pain in general?

Got a script for tegretol chewable today.

Honestly considering it for the TN and nerve pain.

Anyone had it work for them or had bad experiences from it?

I've seen this mentioned many times as being helpful for TN - hoping it works for you [Smile]

I too have nerve pain, basically everywhere but the face/head. Hoping to try something other than or in combination with Gabapentin for relief.
