Hi All,

I was just wondering if any of you have had any success with nuvigil/provigil through intermittent or daily usage for brain fog.

I have tried some at the recommendation of my Dr. - it worked well for when I needed it as a university student but I am skeptical for long term use.

Thanks,

S

I used provigil for a few months, before I got diagnosed with Lyme.

It was supposed to help with the fatigue, but it didn't really. I didn't notice much improvement in my cognitive function either.

Mine was great at keeping me from narcolepsy when I used to get uncontrollably sleepy, but it didn't help with brainfog. So it was great when I needed to drive somewhere, for instance, but was not really helpful in helping me read or study or write coherently.

I like provigil but the nuvigil made me too jittery. I have found the provigil helps alot when I need to focus on my school work...without I feel like a pile of oatmeal. Hope it works out for you!
