ok...this whole time i thought i had a negative on my test but know i am not sure. but, still thought i had it.
after reading from fatigued to fantastic, it says that if you have a high count on C4a anything over 3000 (mine is 7937) and C3a also high this should point one to lyme.
i had these tested for mold ( shoemaker) but my doc didn't put these as positive towards lyme.
i had the western blot that was negative and my doc said, well you could still have it but after reading a thread here a postive band on 41 is said to be enough....right?
i had Igm 31++, 41 ind, 66+ Igg 41++ 58+
so,even if ingenex thinks this is negative it is still positive to lyme humans? add my C4a and C3a along with symptoms do you think this is enough to say lyme for sure? i can't keep testing since i no longer have insurance.

Igenex should say positive on IgM on 2 bands. I would say yes you do.

Antibody titers also appear to decline over time; thus while the Western Blot may remain positive for months, it may not always be sensitive enough to detect chronic infection with the Lyme spirochete.
For ``epidemiological purposes'' the CDC eliminated from the Western Blot analysis the reading of bands 31 and 34. These bands are so specific to Borrelia burgdorferi that they were chosen for vaccine development.

I have never tested positive for anything at any time over the past 15 years. However, I had lyme 14 years ago, and contracted it again 4 years ago. I remain convinced that one can be seronegative because of how one's immune system is.
My neuropathy slowly progressed over 2.75 years. There seemed to be no hope. I got on antibiotics for lyme. Over the past year, my neuropathy has not progressed at all.
I'm sold.

Go here for lots of info .. read especially the one on the Western Blot Explanation. It will explain the bands and what they mean.

thanks for the feedback. i have been treating... doing what i need to do to "prepare" for treating...getting rid of mercury fillings, methal vitamins, etc.
i have started bruners herbs 3 weeks ago.
what do you think about the c3a and c4a? showing that one could have lyme? i haven't seen anything posted about that. Thanks again

IGeneX has a band 30/31 test where they can tell if band 31 was positive due to Lyme.
I'd say it's unusual for band 41 to not be positive, but with band 31 and band 66, I'd say you likely have Lyme.
