Yes, I get headaches all the time. As treatment progressed they have gotten better, so it was defenitely lyme for me.

Yes, daily headaches can certainly be caused by lyme. I had a daily headache for years.

The real question is: Have you been assessed for lyme? For other tick-borne infections, too?

Looking back over past threads, I see that you have, at least for lyme but it's unclear if you have started treatment yet.

So, then, now the real question is: what can help?

* Water, nutrition.

* Treatment with a LLMD. Infection (and coinfections) must be addressed.

* MAGNESIUM, fish oil, turmeric/curcumin, rest, etc.

* Reduce chemical exposures: Toss out all household chemicals and scented products . . . be sure you are away from MOLD.

* LIVER SUPPORT; ADRENAL SUPPORT. (As detailed in some of your past threads. Just clink onto your name to locate those.)

* A gluten-free diet helps.

* Avoid even a trace of ASPARTAME and MSG (Google for all the names those hide under). Check labels even on mints, gum, toothpaste. Even a trace can do you in.

* Ask your LLMD to assess you for TMJ. TMJ can cause some harsh headaches and sensitivity to sound and light. TMJ often goes with lyme cranial nerve VII or VIII - or jaw bone damage - and/or magnesium deficiency. Ask your LLMD to suggest specific exercises or posture training such as:

Yes,I did a western blot last year but back negative so I didn't pursue any futher for the llmd's treatment.

Im confused right now,I dont know should I pursue for the lyme or seeking other reason which cause my daily headache..

You don't need to "pursue" lyme but if you have lyme, ignoring it can be to your peril. You may or may not have it. But with your symptoms that you've been describing here for a couple weeks - and with some positive bands on your test - it would be best to get a proper assessment from an ILADS-educated LLMD.

You need an expert. Sure, address all things that might be causing your headache but, as for the fatigue and other symptoms, it would really be best to get an expert to explore this with you.

Please look back over your past threads. Your western blot may not have been as "negative" as you were lead to believe. You had some positive bands.

See the post detailing Dr. C's interpretation of the Western Blot. That is in your thread where you say: I have been sick for about 1.5 years . . . " -
