I'm currently taking S. Boulardi and have also taken VSL #3.

Getting ready to place an order with Vita Cost and was wondering what's a good probiotic?

I don't know if they have any good ones there. I never order any there and I order from Vitacost every month. Remember, they are not refrigerated and the good ones (most) need to be.

I now order Body Biotics from www.upwardquest.com It's awesome!

I also like Theralac www.theralac.com

and Ultimate Flora from the health food store. Right now I'm only taking the Body Biotics. No more sugar cravings!

PB8 is a good probiotic from Vitacost, and it's cheap. It has eight different strains. I use it along with other probiotics like theralac and vsl #3.

I need dairy free Pro.'s and take a combo of;

MegaFlora by Megafood and IC Pearl.

Since I added the Pearl my stomach bloating went way down!

I took PB8 for many years... not knowing it was quite useless. Didn't find out why I had yeast all the time until I switched to Theralac and got results.

Just my experience.

I swear by Ultimate Flora; after trying a few including Theralac, I found I have the best results on it.

I usually wind up buying it on Ebay because it's quite a bit cheaper than buying from any of the online vitamin stores.

Like all treatments for Lyme, we are all uniquely different and will respond accordingly.

There are some great brands Vitacost does not carry, as well as some decent ones that it does.

Ones that it does not that are very good:
