Two in the morning and then 2 approx 8-12 hrs later. Drink plenty of water so you don't get constipated.

I just got my Humaworm today. The smell is very powerful! I had to triple bag it because I could still smell it through 2 baggies.
I just took my first dose and am feeling a little burning in my stomach and esophagus. Is this typical?
And the crazy thing is, the wriggling in my abdomen is going berserk right now!

You are hitting the parasites and the wiggling is proof. Stay on antiparasitics until symptom free. You can alternate with parastroy, Hulda Clark, Hanna kroeger etc.
Parasites can cause a lot of pain, burning, diarrhea and other dieoff symptoms. Doing a warm water enema or colonics is also a good idea to expel dying parasites. Extra Cloves will help kill the eggs.

Gael, this is really beginning to concern me. It literally feels like I have a snake and a swarm of ants in my upper abdomen going crazy. CONSTANT movement.
I did a salt water flush this morning with just sea salt and warm water and about 30 minutes later it flushed a lot out, but I didn't see any critters. They just will not come out. I can tell these things are big.
