I am doing some research for myself, and have had some odd reactions to certain vitamins since becoming very wick with lyme and Babesia,
when I found out I had babesia, untreated for about 18 years, this was the time I was reacting to vitamin C, it was giving me severe anxiety, and pain, it did not give me these 2 symptoms when I was not sick.
I think there is a LLMD that wrote a book about Babesia, Dr S? and I think he writes about certain supps and vitamins that make Babesia worse.
Does anyone know if Vitamin C is one of the vitmains that makes Babesia worse?

I doubt it. I had babesia, and I haven't noticed this. Infact I always felt that vit C makes me stronger.

What type of Vit. C do y'all take? There seem to be so many different formulas, etc.
I don't know which kind to take. I used to take some kind of Ester C -------- does that sound right?
I just don't know. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
