Has anybody tried Teasel Tincture? How much did you take and for how long? Was the herxing bad?

Yes, you can herx so, as with all things, start slow and low. One drop a day to start. Don't ever start two new things at once.
Some might use it for months or years - or rotate in and out of using it. It seems to work for some, not at all for others. It did not work at all for me. I was up to the therapeutic dose for many months and saw no progress at all. And, you will have others who say this was the key for them.

Teasel is incorporated in the protocol below. From my experience, what I've read, I do not think this protocol is strong enough. However, it obviously helped one (or more) and may be helpful - at least to study as you explore all your options. There are many other complementary approaches beside Teasel, though, just so you know.
