Hi there,

I have had a constant headache for over two years. Often times very severe for days on end...nothing touches my head pain either...

not even narcotic type of drugs.

I have found that alternating a hot rice filled tube sock (tied off at the end) with freeze packs is the ONLY thing that brings some relief.

Try it....i hope that it helps some! Are you seeing Dr. C Tampa?

Good advice, feelfit.

I used to reccomend that contrast therapy for tough problems with chiropractic patients.

If you can find a chiro who does the work of Dr. Vern Pierce that may also be very helpful.

Treximet is helpful for my migraines.

It's helpful in varying degrees depending on the migraine and other conditions.

Sometimes I can function. Other times it just stops the sweats, chills and vomiting but I still need to sleep it off.

The treximet itself makes me tired.

Systemic enzyme therapy reduced my constant headaches and migraines dramatically.

so how do you get systemic enzymes? who monitors treatment with them?

the above article is general, doesn't say which enzymes do what.

I just read a post of rubbing cilantro tincture(biopure) on the area for headache relief. Poster says it works every time...

I have no experience with this, but am buying this cilantro tincture for my daughter to try.

My daughter has some success with taking chlorella or taking cholestrymine....which the LLMD gave her for detox herxes. all natural.

Here's the post mentioned above...

part of Dr.K's neurotoxin elimination program:

Cilantro tea: use 10 to 20 drops in cup of hot water. Sip slowly. Clears the brain quickly of many neurotoxins. Good for headaches and other acute syptoms (joint pains, angina, headache): rub 10 -15 drops into painful area. Often achieves almost instant pain relief.

Start with less than drops and work up slowly.
Cilantro tincture gets to the nerves very quickly by rubbing it in. I also like the tea.

You can find the total program by googling Klinghardt Neurotoxin Elimination Program.

Be sure you are taking a good form of magnesium like mag citrate and B12. Then take imitrex the instant you feel any discomfort. Don't ever wait and see.
