Something just dawned on me. I've been taking a lot of chlorella over the past year or so, usually with meals.

Lately I've been taking the big doses bec of amalgam removal.

I've also received a very bad bone density report revealing osteoporosis.

Isn't the chlorellla binding up my minerals that I would normally be getting through my food?

Does anyone know if Chlorella is effective if taken on an empty stomach?

Thanks

You should take chlorella 1/2 hours before meals.
It is then out of the way by the time your food comes with vitamin and minerals. You should not take it together with Vitamin C.

Chlorella is effective on an empty stomach.

I used to take chlorella and other binders at bedtime.

Most foods as they are grown today are deficient in minerals and you need to have a good absorbable mineral supplement. Read the Klinghardt/Derksen protocols that contains most of this information. Google will take you there.
If you have the leaky gut/malabsorption from food allergies, look into AI.

Take care.

Gigi,
I am definitely on board with AI, but I wanted to finish reading the thread first - I only on pg 17, and it's taken me about a month!

(The thread is very interesting, and reads kind of like a multi-person biographical novel.)

I've been waiting to remove my amamgams in the meantime, but just read on p 16-17 that it is not necessary after all! Gaaaa!

I'm definitely looking into those absorbable mineral supps. Thanks for reminding me.

Also, with all my mercury and other toxins, bugs, etc, do you think there will be any use of me getting a biotenser right off the bat? I'm thinking that I would be one of the people who would not be able to get good readings from it because I know I am so disregulated.

Thanks
