I know this sounds crazy, but if I sit in a chair with my feet dangling to the floor, I feel the depression and anxiety at it's worst.
If I stand up and move around, it goes away.
I don't get it and wondering if this has to do with the Hypoperfusion related to my SPECT scan.
Perhaps a blood thinner is in order. Will discuss w my Dr. on Wednesday.
This is getting bananas.

Keebler,
My blood pressure doesn't change when I stand up, nor when I sit. It's about the same.
The problem is that I tire out quickly if I'm up and about for any length of time. Lose Lose situation.

- Ooops. I deleted my post while you were replying. I had recommend curcumin but then I remembered that you usually don't use supplements so I went back to delete.
But, to fill the gap, I'll just say that curcumin can help with anxiety and depression - and circulation. It has many wonderful properties.
When I sit, I must have my feet elevated. It sure helps. If I had my feet dangling to the floor, I'd pass out. You might try elevating your legs with an ottoman.
