Nahh, the famous Dr. C in MO says you can take 16 pills a day. You'll be fine. [Smile]

I always took 4 at a time. I've also done the 16 in a day for the first week... but you space them out to take them 4 times a day.

If you're following a good diet, you may not herx at all.

Not a herxer and don't follow a real good diet. Actually feel pretty good tonight, went to buy flowers for my garden tonight and I usually never go anywhere in the eve.

I have started cholystamine (however you spell it), on the days I can. Pretty difficult when you have to go somewhere. If I am able to take it, I swear I have to pee every 10-15 min.

Ugh, I hated CSM!!

If you don't follow a good diet you will always battle yeast... maybe for years after you've cleared Lyme and Co.
