All my symptoms seem to feel worse in the day. In the evening I almost feel back to normal. What is going on??

Ditto. I don't feel back to normal in the evenings, but much more content. I have no idea why it's so much more difficult when the sun is shining.

I usually feel best in the morning or right after a nap--sleep always improves all my symptoms.

Then I feel worse throughout the day, until I sleep again.

I feel horrible all day long, and then come time to wind down and go to sleep, I feel best. I think I don't sleep well, but I am not sure why.

I always wake up mad because I feel like even having 9-10 hours of sleep still just isn't enough.....

I also feel horrible in the morning when I first wake up, even suicidal. By dinner I feel almost normal, and right after dinner I actually smile and have energy.

This is the CLASSIC pattern of adrenal fatigue, esp. stage II adrenal fatigue.

Do a search here or Google to find out how to treat it. It is very common in Lymies.

Same here...I feel better at night than I do in the day. I am guessing it is related to adrenal problems like someone else said.

I feel better in early evening after dinner too. It's a pattern I keep hearing about. Very strange.

I often feel worse in the AM and much better later in the day. I feel great late at night. What an interesting trend!

The morning is usually when my anxiety is at its worst, as well as the horrible NAUSEA that has plagued me for years. In the evenings I'm more likely to be ravenously hungry and calm and happy.

This honestly leads me to staying up later than I should because I so enjoy my "good" hours.

Mornings confused and have to take klonapin to get through what I planned for the day. Afternoon bad, after dinner is when I feel the most like myself, whatever that is these days.

I feel better in the morning if I have slept. Sleep makes all the difference in the world for me.

I often start feeling yucky in the afternoon around 2:00pm. This of course is on a good day. Bad days I feel yucky all day.

My LLMD told me that if you wake up feeling bad that means it is most likely due to toxicity.

My LLMD told me that if you wake up feeling bad that means it is the toxins making you sick. If you wake up feeling good that means it more likely to be the disease that is making you sick. [/QB][/QUOTE]

That statement doesn't make sense to me. I feel sick pretty much 24/7, but I feel the worst most of the time in the morning. Sleep does not help!

Your right, it didn't make much sense. I edited the line.

My LLMD ask me if I feel better in the morning or at night. I told him the morning. He implied that maybe I didn't have too much toxic build up yet. That's how I understood it.
