I rub some aluminum free baking soda on my teeth after drinking lemon water (most of the time) to help alkalinize my mouth. Does anybody else have anything better?

Anybody get advice on this from a LLMD?

I mix the baking soda in water and drink it if acid is a problem after lemon water. Not an llmd/do though.

I always use straws. The cornstarch ones.

I use straws and brush my teeth afterwards
