Am I the only one? I don't understand! I dread the evening hours because I know what's going to happen. I used to love nighttime/bedtime and now I dread it and pray for the morning light.

Can anyone shed some light on this issue? Anyone have something similar?

I used to dread 7pm because it seemed to be the time of day I fell apart. I would manage to get myself out of bed and go to the office all day, but then crumble right after dinner. Panic attacks, dizziness, migraines, head stuffiness, the big D, etc.

The only explanation I could find is that at this point in the day your body is physically tired, running on E, and your immune system gets low. Not sure if this is covers it.

But know that you are not the only one

Thanks, Julie. Your 7 pm sounds very similar to mine. When I first got sick, 2 years ago, I had many more bad days than not--and the symptoms were very sporadic--worse at night but often throughout the day, too.

I guess I've worked into a grove, so to speak. Most days I can function pretty normally and I even have a few good nights here and there. The rest of them? Not so great and I've been to the ER several times.

Thanks [Smile]
