We added plaquenil to my son's zithro and cipro. He developed a headache w/in a few hours and the next morning began with stiff knees... inside knee cap. Trying to decide if it is a cipro problem or a herx due to plaquenil addition. [confused]

Any opinions? Most of what I have read on here either talked about achilles tendon pain or pain behind the knee.
