Just curious. Had a 375ish on last screen. This is low pretty low based on my understanding and LLMD's interpretation. Maybe bringing this up will help with neuro issues...

Jarrow makes a sublingual methyl B12 supplement, you can get it in 1,000mcg or 5,000mcg doses. Check it out at iherb.com: http://www.iherb.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Methyl-B-12-5000-mcg-60-Lozenges/117?at=0 If you are wanting an RX oral supplement check out Metanx. http://www.metanx.com/QuickFacts

Sublingual would be the way to go I reckon if you can't get/do the methyl B-12 shots (the latter of which are often covered by insurance with a doc's script).
