I ready somewhere Enula was supposed to be used 12 days and then stopped.

I have searched for information about this and did not find it.

Also, must it be combined with anything?

Can anyone help me with this?

You can take it longer than that, although I have seen where it is rotated with different herbs. I have had my kids on it for a couple of months at a time and it seems to help with babesia, ehrlichia and mycoplasma.

That's what's showing up on the EDS testing. And I have seen a babs herx (seeing colored spots - same thing happened with Mepron a year earlier) with it in one of my boys.

Thank you troutscout and tick battler. I did the search and think I now have the information I needed.

I have another question...Is there anyone out there whose babesia has been put into remission by using Enula with other things, or does it just help you to feel better while on it?

Our homeopathic practitioner believes that grapefruit seed extract kills babs. My kids have tested positive for 2 different strains even after a year of Mepron/zith/artemisinin.

So we are trying GSE and I'm adding Enula for one and Noni for another. Their babs seems to be going away. It is certainly not getting worse. They are also on Samento and Cumanda so perhaps the Cumanda may be hitting babs too.

You might consider adding GSE since it also kills candida. We use Agrisept-L.

We used EDS testing to see which herbs worked best with each person.
