Does anyone know if you are supposed to stay on detox (like Pekana) for the duration you are on abx? If so, which one is the bestfor long term use?

I switched things around.

I used coffee enemas the whole time. I also took whey protein the whole time. I drank lots of water, took FIR saunas.

Sometimes I used parsley/burbur and other detox methods.
