I had an appt for my 8 yr old son today who has been treated since April for Lyme (no co-inf so far)
he's on azith and amox but has noctornal bed wetting (has never been dry at nite) so doc is not sure if it's a sx or 'normal' happening
It has improved, but again we are just not sure if he's just outgrowing a typical childhood problem or it's abx working (this is the only questionable sx remaining)
So she added bactrim and kept the rest the same
I am always nervous when it comes to my kids and always wondering if I am doing the right thing
Anyway... is this not unusual to be on 3 at a time??
Me, my daughter and my son all had appts today so I am now just processing it all and reading about bactrim and wondered about all 3 at once
Thanks for the help!

PLEASE keep a lookout to any adverse reactions to Bactrim. Many people are allergic to sulfa drugs. It put me in the hospital last week.
Keep a lookout for fevers, headaches, rashes or sores.
I wish my doc told me this!
