Everything looks OK in the ingredients except the Mag Stearate... this one is iffy and can be from wheat sometimes.

yes, it is in everything. I have read that it's usually gf if sold in the US. I'm not 100% on that though, so if you're really sensitive to it you still may want to call the manufacturer. Apparently not always gf in other countries.
btw... I did call Niche and they indicated that Mag-Tab SR is GF.

took mag tabs years ago and stopped -- because of the yellow dye.
