Ever since I had a stomach bug several weeks ago, I have been dealing with on and off nausea/some stomach cramping.
I saw my LLMD the week after the bug, and he suggested decreasing my meds by half (Doxy and Rifampin) both to see if that helped the nausea and to see if it made any difference in a blood test for babesia.
I'm still taking the decreased doses, and I'm still getting the nausea/cramping; I get so hungry, but no matter what I eat, it makes me feel nauseous.
Over the past few days, I have been getting twitching in my abdominal area, to the left of my belly button. It's not painful, but it is annoying.
I can't figure out if the twitching and the nausea go together, or if they're just separate annoyances.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Any ideas what's going on?
