Anyone use Whey Protein...Im going to start lifting again and Im wandering what brand is good for Lyme's.
Any organic or hemp why protein anyone has tried?

Optimum Nutrition Natural Whey is my new favorite, been taking 2 scoops a day. Healthy and flavorful I rotate between chocolate strawberry and vanilla, highly recommend.

I should add this stuff is effective, had to back down from 4 scoops a day. Was getting crazy muscle gain. How that's possible with this systemic disease blows my mind.
