Does anyone else have sore eyes which are very blood shot?
Mine are so bloodshot and I look like I am on hard drugs.
Do you think it's Lyme related?

Yes, that was the worst symptoms when I first got sick. I had to wear sunglasses in the house. It was horrible. I still have dry eyes and they will become very blood shot if I don't take hyaluronic acid every day to replace the collagen being eaten up by the disease. It is not lyme. It is bart or babesia.
You can buy hyaluronic acid at the health food store. Get the vegetarian source, not rooster comb or chicken sternum. It is not acid, don't worry. It is just collagen. I take 100 mg capsules a day. It is also good for your skin and joints. Some skin care products contain it and it has been injected into joints for many years (for horses at least).

Yes, absolutely. I've had red eyes continuously for 1.5 years. When I'm herxing, they burn. When I increased symptoms (before my period), they become dry.
I'm guessing it's bartonella as bart likes eyes...
I think the day I have pretty white eyes again, is the day I'll know I'm nearing the end of treatment.
But in the meantime, I'm going to check out the hyaluronic acid. (thanks, nefferdun!)
