I have had alot of good mornings, I usually get tired in the afternoon. The past three days I am tired all the time. I am following the yeast free diet pretty strictly, taking my acidopholis.
What is this ????

Lyme and/or coinfections.

Yeah, I have to look forward to the good days. I was very active Thursday. Paid for it Friday with the fatigue. I also took an epsom (1Cup)/Peroxide (1Cup) bath Fri. Hmmmm maybe that made me more tired today?

If it's lyme, it'll hit you hard every 4th week. Hope you feel better soon.

In the beginning of treatment I was in bed for a month and then slowly crawled back into life holding onto the wall for support. The fatigue hits me now and then again. If I overexert myself I can get completely wiped out so best advice is to take it easy. I don't know if it is lyme or co-infections.
Hope you get back to feeling more energetic soon. It feels so good when you can accomplish things.

nefferdun that's awful, you poor thing..I haven't been bedridden at all. Yesterday I was up and out all day. I am feeling pretty good today also, so far.
I will rest today though. I have to find the balance. Plus I am suffering from PMS this week. I know that takes more of a toll on us girls :/

Consider yourself lucky, fflutterby, I was bedridden/housebound for a couple years .... I had "good" days where I could get out for a time with help .... and I always got my husband to help me to the gym a few times per week ....
