I looked this up because I was walking by a giant that had shed her blossom cones full of red seeds.

As I got closer the smell was way sweet---I thought-- anything that smells that good has to be good for you....

The seed covering is very oily but red(could be a warning). So I looked up a few things here...

I did not know the Chinese have used it for centuries. Now to rub some on.
