i finished the diflucan last week.

i bought some "zand candida cleanse" on a recommendation from a friend and on all the reviews i read.

i started yesterday, two capsules three times a day.

i can tell something is happening because my hands and feet are itching and burning like crazy. i'm thinking more clearly and the headache is gone.

course that could have been from the week i did of diflucan.

but anyway just wanted to recommend this to those suffering from yeast.

it doesn't give me heartburn like other treatments either.
