Hello everyone.
I had another Herx last night. It lasted a few hours, kept me up until 11 am, but after 6 hours of sleep, I don't feel AWESOME, but I can get up and walk around and I just feel a little woozy. This wasn't a fun herx, but It is definitelt the least severe on ethat I have had since starting an IM protocol in July.

Started IM Bicillin in July, 4 weeks after start, Had a tremendous Herx. Defeinitely the worst I have felt since My symptoms firts started kickin my butt.

Had another Herx at week 8 or 9, This one landed me in the Hospital. I was shot for 10 days after this herx. Not able to do much, just lay around. I also stopped working after this.

2 weeks ago, I had a weird episode that was similar to what people describe as a seizure, but I can't say exactly what it was, just that I had tremendous chills and sweats, accompanied by violent shaking, and my mouth being stuck open in a "yawn" like sensation for about 3- 5 minutes. This came and went rather quickly, the next day I wasn't so bad, and the day after that I felt actually pretty good.

Last night I herxed around 5 am, which kept me up untill 11am. The severe herx feeling lasted about 2 hours. after waking about an hour ago, I actually had something to eat and now feel well enough to go walk the dog.

Is this significant? The point I am trying to make is that the Herxes are less and less severe as they happen. Does this mean that I could possibly be healing? Or maybe that My body has gotten better at handling them? Not sure. A little discouraged to still be getting herxes after 8 months of treatment. (only 4 of those under the care of a LLMD, but trying to be positive and believe that I am healing nonetheless.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Yes, I think that is a very positive sign. You are still herxing because there is lyme to kill, but your herxes are less intense because you have gotten your load down some. Great job! Stay strong. [Wink]
