I have been on this combo for 4 weeks. My symptoms are flared along with alot of fatigue and malaise. I have a llmd appt. this week. My question to people who have done this combo... is how long did it take for improvements? Should I stick with this for a couple of months or should I have seen some whispers of improvements if it was going to work?

It took a good month or so for me to see any improvement on this combo. And I don't recall herxing at all at the beginning, so I thought it wouldn't be a good tx, but I have seen some improvement with it.
Lately, though, I feel I'm going backwards; I think I need a change now.

I've done that combo. I think it took about a month to see good improvement, and honestly some of the improvement I didn't even notice until later when I realized I hadn't had some bart symptoms in a while.
