Fortunately my IC pain hasn't been too much of an issue thanks to changing my diet.

Are any of you taking MSM/Glucosamine tablets?

I've been taking these since Saturday 2 a day and am up every two hrs at night to urinate-lots of volume/clear.

I suspect this is the cause. I'd like to hear any feedback.

Glucosamine is a sugar molecule. When your blood sugar gets high you excrete it in your urine. Frequent urination with excessive thirst is a symptoms of diabetes.

Try hyluronic acid instead.
