I wanted to save some time doing research and was wondering what the best brand/kind of ginger to buy for someone with nausea?

Thanks in advance for the help.

I think it's best to buy fresh ginger root. It freezes well, too. Grate some and pour boiling water over it and make a tea out of it. You can even add a soothing herbal tea bag to it for added flavor.

I agree. It is great on hemorroids/shrinks them fast.

And I rub in on painful areas...

Fresh root! I put several slices into a cup of boiling/hot water for a few minutes, add a bit of sweetener and it's a delicious tea for both nausea and dizziness (motion sickness). I also agree with Abxnomore, especially when adding it to black tea; they blend well together

I have heard Pickled ginger is great and easy and stores well in fridge, but I have not tried it...
