regular green tea is fine if you have no sleep issues and keep it to the morning. I drink a few cups of organic decaf each day and some regular once in a while. No issues with sleep.

I had a cup of coffe the other day for the first time in a year and was wired for like 5 hours. I felt like I had been drugged! I LOVED coffee ... hope I can hack it again some day.
