Hello,

I need to place a supplements order tomorrow and wanted some opinions....

I want to begin treating KPU, but I need to go gently as I have a lot happening in my body right now. Using The Core would be easier, but I don't think I am ready for high doses of zinc. So my thoughts are to start slowly with the zinc, but go ahead with the rest of the treatment Dr. K outlined in the paper Scott Forsgren's wrote. [ If you haven't read it, it's here: http://betterhealthguy.com/joomla/images/stories/PDF/kpu_klinghardt_explore_18-6.pdf]

It suggests zinc and manganese before breakfast. With breakfast Omega 6 oils and fish oil. Before bedtime B6, P5P, Magnesium, BioPure Microminerals and Biotin.

I think this sounds like a good plan, but I thought I'd ask for input.

Thank you much,
Tammy

Tammy, that's what we are doing. If you PM me your email I will send my working KPU treatment for my son. You will just have to double the dosage for yourself.

I have him muscle test everything weekly to see if we should change dosage, add anything, subtract something. You will see I have crossed out several things and added others.

Have lots of binders on board and start small with the zinc and trace metals.

Try to get supplements without the magnesium stearate, calcium stearate, or stearic acid. I think there is another additive to avoid...

I'm not going to be up much longer, I will check PM's first thing in the morning to see if you need the list. We ordered most from vitacost...

He didn't muscle test well fro the zinc we got from vitacost so I bought the standard process zinc liver chelate at the ND's office.

Good luck... and I read your post about not sweating. Don't push it. My son doesn't sweat either and I think it has to do with the mercury toxicity. No proof yet.

Keep supplementing zinc and knock out that mercury. Do you have amalgams?

Careful, OK?

Thanks momlyme. Will PM you.

Anyone else have any thoughts to share?

Thanks.

Tammy, your mailbox is full. I hope you don't mind me posting here, I didn't want to lose what I had written to you. Clear your box, willya?

Have you tried oil pulling for clearing the mouth sores?
I think I suggested this to you on the board, but I am not sure. Simple and fairly cheap... all you need is some cold filtered sunflower oil:

Binders we are using right now:

http://www.vitacost.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Yaeyama-Chlorella

http://www.vitacost.com/Yerba-Prima-Great-Plains-Bentonite-Detox/?pd_section=pr#ProductReviews

I won't buy the chlorella from jarrow again. It has mag. stearate and I am looking into a more pure brand with cracked cell wall... watching this thread:

Send my your email and I will send you that working hpu protocol.

It is in document form and won't cut and paste well into this kind of format.

Tammy, my only doubt is whether you may be giving your body too much to cope with if you start on this so soon after beginning AI.

Perhaps you could consider starting when you are several rounds in to AI therapy so that your detox pathways are not overwhelmed.

Just being cautious!

I think you have a good idea separating it out. If you just started a new protocol, like ukcarry said, it might be better to get used to that protocol first.

I use Depyrrol. I started KPU before Core came out and never switched over because Depyrrol was working well. It has less in it than Core does. Just something else to consider.

Were all of you tested, or just treating on your own?

I was ART tested. I would have gotten the normal testing for it, but I didn't have anyone to do it for me. Since I don't have anyone overseeing me on the treatment, I never took the higher doses of zinc, only the dose that is in the Depyrrol, which is 30 mg elemental zinc, which is within the FDA "safe" limit.

I asked b/c I have been asking my LD to be tested for well over a year. I have so many symptoms, and have not gotten any better yet. I just asked again this week, and he hasn't seem to change his mind.

He ticks me off b/c I don't see the big deal about getting tested. Have thought in the past of treating myself. Right now just started Byron White Drops, so can't do it right now. But it will be something I'll do in the future.

I lost track of this thread...

ukcarry and six - thanks for your thoughts. I will tread lightly. I don't feel ready to jump right in to full doses yet (especially of zinc). But I think soon it will be a good idea to start with low doses to help with my deficiencies.
