I'm also pulsing Artemisinin. Desparate to get rid of this awful dizziness that seems to be common with Babesia, especially Duncani. Curious as to how long it took others to feel ANY improvement.

I'm on 1 tsp 2x a day, 500mg of Zith a day.

Nothing I've done has put a dent in it. It seems almost unbeatable. I'm always spacey/off-balance feeling with head pressure. I keep praying something will help. Larium sounds like the most aggressive option for Duncani.

You're taking a weak dose of Mepron too. Many say Duncani requires 2 tsp 2x daily or more with other stuff.

I know exactly what you are describing. I have had a VERY slight improvement with the dizziness/ off balance's taken about 4 months of treatment to notice anything at all, and it's still not much better.

I don't know how much medication is required to treat Babesia WA-1/duncani - my dizzy spells improved after one month of treatment using standard doses.

Nothing ever helped it until I treated Bartonella with Rifampin.

I have been treating Babs Duncani since late November - about 8 weeks now. I was extremely dizzy with vertigo, ataxia (staggering from side to side) and the out of it spacey feeling. It gradually disappeared. All that is left is some vertigo when I change my head position.

My mind is also clearing up. This morning I feel excited and motivated which has not been the case for months. For me it has a lot to do with time of year. I always worsen in the fall and get better in the spring.

I hope treating babs will get me over the hump so I can finally get into remission and stay there.
