if you are taking gse extract, drops in water kind, or say olive leaf capsules, or garlic...must you still wait two hours before taking any probiotics or can you take them together?

It would be best to take them 2 hrs apart... anything that can kill keets can kill good bacteria.
Not so sure about GSE though.
You're making my stomach hurt even thinking about taking those. I just can't do it.

I take all antifungals (GSE, Oil of Oreg, etc) at least 2 hours before or after ABX and Probiotics.
