Have appt Monday with non LLD for bloodwork (pre IVIG). Will ask for blood pull for Igenex. I want to re-test Bart IGG/IGM. Noted Bart FISH test now available. Appt. will be two weeks after stopping Zith (took for one month). Are FISH tests effected by Abx - 2 weeks after stopping OK to test?
Debating to re-test for Babs. Neg. so far IGG/IGM/FISH. (Two Ab tests - one FISH).
I had last IVIG four months ago - assume its out of my system now - and I can be accurately tested for things). TIA any help.

Pretty sure that the Galaxy lab suggested waiting at least 2 weeks after antibiotics before testing for bart. 3 or 4 weeks would probably be better. I would probably call the lab if it was me since the tests are so expensive.
As to the babs -- if you have not been tested for both strains then make sure you get tested for WA1 -- babesia duncani.
