anyone experience hands that cant keep still? symptom i have had off and on again- they feel jumpy and have a mild shake to them- some times it even causes a change in my handwiting- thnx for any input!!!

I have noticed...especially in my pinky fingers and with cetain movements...my handwriting has seemed to get worse and jumbled together, like my brain can't keep up with my hand as well...also, I play guitar and I am not as good as I used to be...my hands get very shaky when I play for a while.

Yeah I have that in arms and legs, it comes and goes, ZI guess it's from toxins moving...
