I've been on Buhner for 9 months now. The last month I've been feeling so terrible that I don't think it's working anymore.
Either that or it's a really long herx!
I'm switching LLMDs and so cancelled my appt in Jan cuz was doing "ok" then. So right now, don't have a LLMD I can ask.
Won't see new LLMD until June.
I'm going out of town for 4 days and dread swallowing all those pills while I'm sightseeing and trying to keep up with the healthy person I'm going with.
I'm wondering if a break might even do some good?

I would take the break.
It's good to give your gut and liver a break every now and then. (no matter what the protocol is)
