Hey,
think I'm herxing. Sore joints,,tired, weepy. Can I still be herxing even though LLMD didn't add new med?

I'm going to go to the gym and see if that helps.

Any advice would be great.

Yes. Lyme herxes tend to come in cycles.

Sweating is good. Drinking lots of water is good. Anything to help your body detox the debris when the Lyme critters die is good.
