Hey folks-

It's that time of year again to clean out the cupboards and get rid of a bunch of quality supplements I have accumulated over the past year.

In the past, I just listed on LN what I had, but as I recall that caused some discussion as to whether or not that type of post was appropriate.

This time, if you have interest, just email me and I will respond w/ the list of what I have.

The items (for the most part) are free, I just require that the shipping be covered.

I hate to have so many quality supplements/herbs/etc sitting around and I think last year I was able to help about 10 people.
