Lots of water and tumeric or curcumin has helped to reduce headaches a great deal for us.

My LLMD said:

Tocotrienols alpha is the best, delta and gamma are good too

Chiropractic neurology has been my absolute lifesaver. Receptor sites in the joints communicate with the brain, so they do adjustments to target brain centers, give cognitive and movement exercises targeting special brain centers and to foster balance between the lobes, my doc uses infrared therapy and it makes a world of difference in my case. www.acnb.org

Coconut oil-derived medium chain triglycerides (fats) used in epileptic seizures according to an ND whose lecture I attended.

I rub coconut oil all up and down my spine, both sides to be sure the nerve root is soaking it up, and all over my body. Even if I have agitation or nerve zaps going on because of the lyme, it not only settles them right out but it gives me a sense of peace and calm.

My LLMD said take it internally. It's like lard, so I pour hot soy or nut milk over it to melt it and drink it down. (LLMD said not to heat in on the stove or not to use very much heat, so I figure this is the best way). Combined with soy milk it actually does taste like milk! (Only organic non-GMO soy of course!!!!)

Had your heavy metal levels checked? Mercury and other metals can cause brain symptoms of many kinds, including MS and many other things, according to Hal Huggins DDS MS www.drhuggins.com

Got your amalgams taken out *safely!?!* See the site above.

Detoxified the heavy metals, again safely and under professional guidance? (Can be hazardous,m ust be carefully done)

Leaky gut syndrome (if present) can contribute enormously, even cause MS and schizophrenia so it is not any small role player at all. It comes down to simple things like food allergies and medications as common role players, and supplements to rebuild the gut lining after the offenders have been removed (gluten is key if there is gluten intolerance). When I cleared mine up it helped my nervous system so much, I concluded "Big problems, simple solutions" after this experience. Still working on the lyme-caused stuff though...but this can help a LOT, LOT, if it is part of the problem. See this booklet it is short but really excellent http://www.amazon.com/Leaky-Gut-Syndrome-Elizabeth-Lipski/dp/0879838248

The nervous system is the slowest body system to heal, slower than bones, said the specialist who healed me of environmental illness decades ago (now passed on). Give it time.

The infection is critical of course....lots of binders and detox agents to keep nervous system and other systems as clear as possible....

Hope this helps!

Best wishes, CI
