I know some people have. Hopefully they will come along and respond. I think TF actually got well seeing him if we are talking about the same guy...Dr. K.S. in MD.
You would be surprised what you can do as far as diet. I have made major changes to mine twice now. Currently it is rough as I have a list of supposed sensitivities. But I am trying to manage.
First I turned vegan...never thought I could be a vegetarian but being vegan was actually fine for me and helped me feel better. That was about 7 years ago. I have been doing it ever since with no problem.
The last month I have been eliminating some foods that I may be sensitive too and this is definitely harder since there are so many restrictions now. So now I am trying to do gluten free and vegan. That is more of a challenge especially since there are many other foods I am avoiding as well...gluten was just one of the possible sensitivities.
I am hoping that I can add some of this back in with no problem because this is definitely harder for me. I am still managing though (with a good amount of complaining at times lol )
Anyhow...you can do it. It will just take a bit of adjusting at first. It should be lots easier than the diet I am doing now lol!

Seems like you are assuming that if a person is treated by this doctor they go on the lyme inflammation diet.
