You could try Centrum Silver. It doesnt have iron but not sure about the iodine.
I use Bodywise products which have no iron. They have AM and PM ones. The AM have no iodine that I can see. The PM's do though. You could just buy and use the AMs.
TwinLab Daily One is what I take. You can get it with or without iron. I don't know about iodine, I'll check later.
