Found this pretty interesting! An article on Castor Oil and it's history/benefits.

I bought my castor oil and wool flannel from my local health food store. You can also buy online at Vitacost or iHerb (I forget where I found it at).

I hope to incorporate this into my routine regularly.

I have done these on and off for quite a few yrs. My Md has suggested doing them, although I did them before he told me.

Been taking a break but you reminded me to do them again. Thanks [Smile]

Just a note, both the Castor oil and the wool flannel need to be organic. It flows both ways, just as good as it pulls things out, it puts them right in. You might know this, but I figured I would put it out there.

Thanks for the link. I will go read it now!

FYI, the company that makes the wool flannel packs and castor oil also makes cotton flannel ones.

I am sensitive to wool, so this was a better option for me.

In case you are wondering what it feels like, my 5 year old described it as having "pizza dough" on her body. I let her pick what tv to watch, and she tolerated it with no problem.
